Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix almond flour, egg yolks, baking soda, salt, and honey in a medium bowl.
In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Fold egg whites into almond mixture, adding water if necessary to achieve a batter.
Pour batter into a hamburger bun pan, filling halfway. Alternately, you may use BPA-free 6 oz cans (like those from wild salmon or tuna) once they're rinsed well.
Transfer to the oven and bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool, slice in half and serve.
