Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Add almond butter, eggs, honey, banana, cocoa and baking soda to a large bowl or stand mixer. Blend well.
Stir in chocolate chips and lemon juice.
Spray muffin tins with organic nonstick spray and fill about 2/3 full with batter.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool and serve.
