Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9 x 13 pan.
In a small bowl, mix the flax seed meal and water. Let stand 2 minutes.
In a medium bowl combine egg, coconut oil, almond butter, vanilla, coconut nectar and flax mixture.
In another bowl combine the almonds, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, baking soda and protein powder.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix well to fully combine.
Spread into prepared pan, pressing down to make an even layer.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly, refrigerate for one hour. Cut into bars and enjoy.
