Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Coat with the mustard and then the walnuts.
Lay on a baking sheet and bake until browed and cooked through.
While the chicken is cooking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the beans and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Drain and run under ice cold water.
Heat the oil in a skillet and add the green beans.
Cook until heated through and serve with the chicken.
