In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic, garlic powder, rosemary, and sea salt.
Add pork tenderloin to a large zip top bag. Pour in marinade and massage to coat. Seal tightly. Marinate for at least 20 minutes, preferably overnight.
Prehear oven to 400 F. Grease a safe baking dish. Place pork tenderloins in the dish and pour remaining marinate over.
Transfer to the oven and roast uncovered for 40 minutes or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 170 F.
Let cool slightly, then slice on the bias and serve.
