Preheat oven to 400 F. Combine spices and salt in a ramekin. Grease a large baking sheet.
In a large bowl, gently combine the ground beef, ground pork, garlic, onion, spices, almond flour, olive oil, lemon juice and egg.
Scoop meatballs and roll into 1-2 Tbsp. balls. Place on baking sheet and transfer to the oven to bake 15-20 minutes or to an internal temperature of 165 F.
Meanwhile, prepare salad. Divide arugula among plates, top with olives, tomatoes and feta cheese.
Remove meatballs from the oven and let cool slightly. Divide among plates and drizzle with some of the cooking fat.
Serve with lemon wedges.
