In a double boiler or metal bowl set over a saucepan full of simmering water, add the coconut oil, coconut milk, cocoa powder. Stir until all ingredients are combined.
Remove from heat. Whisk in the stevia, sea salt and vanilla. Then add the arrowroot, a little at a time, while whisking. Mixture will thicken.
Serve with fruit.
